How do I redeem my voucher code?

Your promotion code can be located on the promotion voucher you received with your new Miele appliance.
The promotion code consists of letters and numbers and should be entered exactly as shown on your voucher at miele.ae/voucher.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ApplePay, Mastercard & Visa debit/credit cardpayments.

My order has not arrived yet.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

I'd like to return a product from my last order.

If the customer accepts delivery of the product(s) and subsequently changes their mind about the product(s) (including where the customer orders the incorrect product), Miele may, at its discretion, agree to: i. accept return of the relevant product(s) from the customer if in good and original packing condition ii. provide replacement product(s) to the customer. In these circumstances, the customer must pay: i. a re-stocking fee of 10% of the price of the product(s) returned. ii. any difference between the price of the product(s) being returned and the replacement product(s) selected. The customer acknowledges that this re-stocking fee represents the costs incurred by Miele in accepting and re-stocking the returned product/s.

My address has changed.

To change your delivery address after you have placed your order online, please email experiencecenter@miele.ae or call our Contact Center on 800 MIELE (64353). Unfortunately, we may not be able to change your address details if your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse facilities.
If you have moved and would like to update your details, simply log into your account, click on your profile settings and edit your address under 'Addresses'.

What can I do when a product is out of stock?

When a product is out of stock and you would like to know when it will be available again, please email experiencecenter@miele.ae or call our Contact Center on 800 MIELE (64353).

How much shipping costs do you charge?

A delivery charge of AED 50 will apply to any order under AED 200. Online orders over AED 200 will be dispatched free of charge. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are delivering our products only within the territory of the UAE.

How can I track my order?

Once your shipment is scheduled you will receive an email from us with your order tracking code number and shipping platform partner name. You will be able to track the progress of the shipment using the tracking code number on our shipping partner’s website.
