With the Miele Extended Warranty, you have the option of extending the warranty for your Miele appliances to up to 10 years within the first 2-year manufacturer warranty period.

You can use the Miele Extended Warranty for all Miele appliances with the exception of the coffee machine. We offer a special service option for this.

Ultimate flexibility

You can opt for a 5-year or 125-month (10 years + 5 months) Miele Extended Warranty at any time during the 2-year manufacturer warranty period.

Maximum peace of mind

During the period covered by the Miele Extended Warranty, we will cover all costs for repairs, unless caused by wrongful intent or gross negligence.

New appliance

If a repair is no longer appropriate, then you will receive a new appliance of the same value.

Activating the Miele Extended Warranty

If you have already purchased a Miele Extended Warranty from a specialist dealer, you can simply activate this online here. All you need is your personal registration code and the serial number of your appliance. Once you have activated it, you can access your certificate at any time in your user account under “MyMiele”.
