With the Miele Extended Warranty, you have the option of extending the warranty for your Miele appliances to up to 10 years within the first 2-year manufacturer warranty period.

You can use the Miele Extended Warranty for all Miele appliances with the exception of the coffee machine. We offer a special service option for this.

You can only get the optional extensive 125 months (10 years + 5 months) warranty for your Miele appliances from us.

Ultimate flexibility

You can opt for a 5-year or 125-month (10 years + 5 months) Miele Extended Warranty at any time during the 2-year manufacturer warranty period.

Maximum peace of mind

During the period covered by the Miele Extended Warranty, we will cover all costs for repairs, unless caused by wrongful intent or gross negligence.

New appliance

If a repair is no longer appropriate, then you will receive a new appliance of the same value.

We provide an optional Miele warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase for all Miele household appliances. We will rectify all material and manufacturing defects for you free of charge during this period. The conditions of the Miele warranty apply.

Miele warranty conditions

* The Miele motor warranty applies to purchases of new appliances made on or after 1 October 2025. Valid in the countries of the European Economic Area and Switzerland. Applies exclusively to appliances from the domestic product range. Commercial appliances and 'Little Giants' are excluded.
