The noise is caused by the fan, which distributes the heat evenly throughout the drawer; see figure.
The Gourmet drawer fan runs at intervals in the “Keeping food warm” and “Low-temperature cooking” operating modes, which means that the noises also only occur in intervals.
No remedy required.
