During this class, participants will master the art of preparing three sophisticated and delightful treats, ideal for a traditional afternoon tea. The session will commence with Mini Creamy Egg Sandwiches, featuring a rich, soft filling made with gently steamed eggs. Next, attendees will bake buttery Scones, achieving a golden, tender crumb using conventional oven heat, served with jam and cream. Finally, they will craft a stunning Fruit Tart, utilizing Fan Plus mode for a crisp pastry shell, complemented by white chocolate ganache and fresh seasonal fruit.
