Preparation1. Place the curried chicken breasts on a steam oven tray and steam on 100% steam for 10 minutes. Remove, allow to rest then cut into small cubes. 2. Lightly toast the walnuts in a clean pan on the induction hob, roughly chop. 3. Combine the nuts, grapes, celery and most of the Brocco shoots in a bowl. 4. Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, chutney and curry powder. Adjust and season to taste. 5. Add the chicken and mix in the dressing. Garnish with reserved shoots.
