Preparation1. Knead the ingredients into a dough, then form rolls out of it. Brush with milk.

2. Lay the rolls on a baking tray and bake for around 25 minutes on the first shelf from the bottom. Setting: Fan 180°C.

3. While still warm, slice the rolls into 1cm-wide strips, and dry in the oven at 65°C for 45–50 minutes.
