We offer both young and experienced professionals a thorough and personalised induction programme. You begin "on-the-job" and will receive basic information about the company on your very first day. In addition, we hold specific information events where you will learn about the company, its human resources or employee benefits and where different departments and their duties and functions are presented.
We use a combination of the job specification and your qualifications to assess the amount of individual familiarisation you will need for the new position. In this way, if required, we can customise an induction plan for you which will enable you to familiarise yourself with your new department and related functions in depth.
Around the world, people trust the brand Miele. Our international distribution companies in more than 45 countries around the world and other importers ensure that the innovative premium products from Miele inspire people on all continents.
Over 6,000 employees are solely responsible for this abroad (worldwide total of 16,000 employees). Our foreign subsidiaries are primarily responsible for their own personnel policies, meaning hiring takes place locally and independently.
Please visit the home page for the respective Miele distribution company first. Most have their own careers area so that you can find out very quickly what the personnel requirements are locally. If this is not the case, then please contact them first by phone or in writing (email).
